Workmanship and Materials

The creation of these images can take anywhere from a few days to many months.  The creative process often involves searching for the most effective way to communicate what it is I want to say through the art.  When I feel I'm getting close I make a print and live with it for days or weeks before deciding if it says what I really want it to say.  Often times I'll return to the digital darkroom to make more 'corrections' that only become apparent over time.  In the end the work communicates my impressions and interpretation of the subject.

We use only the highest quality materials in the preparation of our photographs beginning with the papers and inks.  The papers are selected to produce brilliant images with rich color.  They are free of acids that would compromise their longevity. The inks are pigment based which are highly resistant to fading.  The prints are matted in museum quality, acid free mat board.  All of the steps taken during the preparation are done so to ensure you will enjoy your fine art print for years and decades to come.

Warranty

We don't want you to feel you have any risk in purchasing one of our photographs.  Therefore, they come with a one year unconditional warranty.  If for any reason whatsoever you are dissatisfied with your photograph, you can return it in its original condition within the first year.  We will happily give you either a replacement, a full refund or a credit for another purchase.

Workshops with a Personal Touch

We offer a variety of workshops throughout the year.  They vary in length from three days to one week and are in spectacular locations in the western United States and Europe.  We often partner with other fine photographers and workshop leaders to provide you with the most rewarding experience possible.

Our prices vary according to duration, location and instructors.  You can find a list of workshops  for the current year at Workshops.

To sign up for a workshop, complete the registration and assumption of risk forms and fax or email them to me.  They are available on the individual workshop pages.  They are also available here.
